Complaints regarding your stay at the hotel

 

Before submitting your complaint to us, please keep in mind that:

 

  • We prefer solving any particular problem by the time it occurs, rather than comfort customers after their arrival back home.
  • We can not be held responsible for any disturbance or damage caused by the hotel staff or management, nor by any third party service providers at the destination.
  • We shall not be held accountable for any inconvenience caused to you due to the lack of certain facilities or services during your stay ay the hotel.
  • It is essential that you supply us with as much as relevant and objective information as possible, so that we can examine your case thoroughly, draw the right conclusions and offer acceptable solution/explanation to all parties involved.
  • Any complaints that for some reason have not been settled at the hotel should be submitted to us in any writing form preferred by you such as e-mail, fax or post no later than 7 working days counted from the day you have checked out of the hotel. There should also be a copy of your complaint presented to and signed by the hotel’s management.
