Group booking process
After you have received an availability confirmation for the hotel you have selected you will be required to pay upfront 25 % of the reservation’s total cost in order to secure the booking. A deadline for completing the payment in full will be set by Wonderlandhotels.com as well as special ‘Terms and Conditions’ (varying according to individual hotel) will be advised accordingly to the client, together with the confirmation email. Hotel vouchers for group bookings will be issued only for bookings that have been prepaid in full by the customer and in the scheduled time frame.
As a Group Leader you are eligible to receive a Wonderland Discount Coupon in worth of a certain % of the total amount of the group booking: The discount Coupons can be used only once per reservation or credited back to customer’s credit account used for making the payment.
