the restaurant lack table covers, not too many food option for a five star restaurant. The customized omelet for which you have to make through queue had only cheese (bad cheese) and nothing else...no ham...no onions...no paprika or tomatoes. The coffee was the worst ever and it wad served differently from the previous years...you have to take it yourself. the restaurant do not deserve to be in that hotel.. ..

Non-smoking room but ashtray in room and smell of smoke in room and passageways was bad.
Door handle fell off, window would not close. We laughed!!
Room at front on floor 3 was noisy because of cars all night

Restaurant and pool is overcrowded with guests from coach tours (approx. 400 people). No space left for individual travellers. No other restaurants nearby. Roof bar opens at 7pm and offers dinner menu, but no guests were there. No shopping facilities nearby.. ..
