you’ll be required to state that you have read and conformed to the present Booking
Terms and Conditions.
1. Applicable lawsAll questions and controversies arising
out of your use of this site and this agreement will be decided under the exclusive
jurisdiction of the European Court of Justice.
You accept that any violation or attempt of violation of these terms of use and
booking conditions by your side might result in a damage of an immeasurable extent
to Wonderlandhotles.com and its partners. In case a proper financial compensation
can’t be agreed upon, you grant Wonderlandhotels.com the right to obtain an injunction
issued by any court of justice or any other competent body of jurisdiction, restraining
any violation attempts of the present term and conditions by you or any of your
business partners, affiliates or agents.
2. Usage RestrictionsYou may only use this website to
make legitimate hotel reservations and not speculative, false or fraudulent ones.
You give your explicit consent to restrain yourself from any indecent, offensive,
profane language or threatening behaviour used while communicating with anyone of
our customer care department or when submitting your hotel reviews, testimonials,
or postings in website’s blogs and forums.
User confirms that he/she has the adequate legal age to enter into lawful obligations
and be able to face all liabilities resulting from the use of the website.
You may not grant, neither transfer, nor sublet/subcontract your rights and obligations
arising from the usage of this website to any third party, including but not limited
to your business partners, affiliates or agents.
3. User AccountsEvery registered user of Wonderlandhotels.com
agrees not to share or disclose his account name and password to any third party.
User guarantees that all personal information submitted during hotel bookings and
membership registration is correct and takes full financial responsibility of all
credit card payments performed under his/her account.
You agree to immediately notify Wonderlandhotels.com of any unauthorized use of
your password or My Booking account or any other crack in security, and also make
sure that you log out from your ‘My booking’ account at the end of each session.
Wonderlandhotels.com will not be responsible for any personal damage or loss resulting
from your failure to comply with these conditions.
4. Registration InformationYou conform to supply correct,
accurate, up-to-date and complete information about yourself or your travel companions
when completing any booking, contact, complaint or group request form on our website.
5. Payment proceduresCustomer’s credit card will be charged
to the full amount of the hotel reservation at the very moment of booking. The above
mentioned amount does not include any extra charges for additional (optional) services
payable directly to hotel upon leaving (such as mini-bar, telephone bills, spa procedures,
parking fees, etc.).
Payments through our website are available with VISA and MasterCard credit cards
only. The cards will be charged in the currency in which the hotel rates are displayed
i.e. Euro.
6. Cancellation policyCancellations of bookings made
through Wonderlandhotels.com shall be either submitted online by accessing the ‘My
booking’ section or by submitting a written cancellation request to info@wonderlandhotels.com
from the original e-mail used for registering at our website. In the latter case
full reservations details should be supplied with the e-mail.
Before proceeding with any cancellation, please make sure that you’re still in the
cancellation period where no cancellation charges apply. The cancellation deadline
is clearly advised on your hotel voucher. You should also be fully aware of hotel
individual cancellation policy and the charges that will apply in case of cancellation
event.
The cancellation deadline is usually 5 days prior to check-in but user is bound
to check the deadline for each particular booking he/ she is making. Any cancellation
made after the cancellation deadline will result minimum in one night penalty fee.
In some cases (busy periods, high season, trade fairs, conferences, sport or special
events taking place) the hotel might require a full charge for all the nights booked
and no refund will be possible. Of course user of wonderlandhotels.com will be notified
about these charges accordingly and in time before cancelling the booking.
7. Amendment policyMaking amendments i.e. submitting
changes to your reservations are only possible when there’s availability in the
hotel you’ve booked. Any change of room type, number of rooms, number of guests
as well as check-in or check-out dates will result in change of the price.
Amendments should also be submitted either online by logging in to ‘My Booking’
section of Wonderlandhotles.com website or by submitting a written amendment request
to info@wonderlandhotels.com from the original e-mail used for registering at our
website. In the latter case full reservations details should be supplied with the
e-mail.
8. Refund policyRefunds will only be processed if they
are approved from our hotel supplier. The exact amount of the refund money will
be determined in accordance with hotel’s cancellation policy and the exact date
when the cancellation was requested.
Any approved refunds will be credited back to the customer credit card originally
used for making the payment and no other refund method will be possible. Refunds
are only possible in the same currency in which the booking has been paid i.e. Euro.
9. Hotel AccommodationWonderlandhotels.com commits itself
to guarantee that the room booked will accommodate the specified number of guests.
Special requests such as high floor, non-smoking room, sea/mountain view, adjacent
rooms, connecting doors, etc. will be communicated to hotel’s attention, however
they will depend on room availability and cannot be guaranteed. Consequent complaints
for such wishes not being satisfied will not be accepted.
Please be aware that sometimes instead of double a twin room may be allocated by
the hotel due to lack of availability, where Wonderlandhotels.com has no fault and
cannot be held responsible.
There might be cases when due to independent force-major circumstances (hotel renovations,
overbook situations, terrorist attacks, strikes, acts of God, etc.) we will have
no other choice but to move you to a different hotel than the one you’ve booked.
Please be aware that your hotel reservation is guaranteed with us and you’ll be
accommodated in a hotel of an equal or superior quality with no extra charges for
you. If you decide to refuse the alternative accommodation you’ll be free to cancel
your reservation and be fully refunded. Customer is fully aware that wonderlandhotels.com
cannot be held responsible for those situations.
Any complaints regarding your stay at the hotel you’ve booked should be addressed
directly to hotel’s management at the time of the upset occurrence. We will do our
best to assist you but please be advised that we shall not accept any consequent
claims after the client has departed from the hotel.
Hotels occasionally perform renovations and maintenance without prior notice, and
we can’t be aware of all the single actions undertaken by each proprietor. It is
hotels responsibility to keep the noise and disturbance as low as possible. Wonderlandhotels.com
will not accept complaints regarding any inconveniences, losses or harms such as
personal injuries, death, property damage or expenses arising from or caused by
the actions or negligence of hotel’s officials or employees, as well as by any other
3rd party service providers, that haven’t entered into a legal agreement with wonderlandhotels.com.
10. Hotel InformationHotel descriptions are strictly
as provided from our suppliers and we cannot be held accountable for any omissions
or inaccurate information that you find at our pages regarding hotel descriptions,
room sizes and facilities. To avoid future disappointment the clients should contact
the hotel directly in order to make sure that facilities and services of importance
to them will be present during the time of their stay.
Hotel ratings that are used on our website are giving only general idea of the quality
of hotel’s services and amenities and do not claim to be 100 % accurate and complete.
Customer should be completely aware of the differences existing between countries
regarding hotel categorization systems.

and services are provided "as is" without any warranty whatsoever. Users of Wonderlandhotels.com
agrees to refrain themselves from submitting any complaints or allegations regarding
any accidental, direct or indirect damages, losses or extra expenses caused by or
partially relative to any delay of the services provided or temporary unavailability
of our website.
Wonderlandhotels.com displays on its pages links to other third party websites but
it doesn’t guarantee the quality of their services or products neither endorses
their content.
Beside the fact that Wonderlandhotels.com is selling hotel accommodation in almost
every corner of the world, it doesn’t guarantee that all destinations in which hotels
are being offered are safe for travel. The clients should check and verify this
information by themselves from secure sources such as governmental websites and

in which hotel reservation services are being offered. Acquiring their own visas
and border documents remains customer’s responsibility.

disclaim any warranties or conditions of merchantability and satisfactory quality
whether express, implied or statutory, as well as fitness for any particular purpose
