How can I get a Wonderland membership account?

Everyone who makes a reservation via Wonderlandhotels.com automatically becomes a Wonderland member and receives login details. Once registered in our system you will be able to log in to ‘My Booking’ section and use all the advantages of the Wonderland membership. We will keep you 'Up to date' once a month via our Wonderland newsletter and special limited time offers.

What are the advantages of Wonderland membership?

Wonderland membership allows you to review all the reservations you have made so far with us, cancel or amend your present bookings and also submit your own opinion about hotels which services you have used. Registered members are also the only eligible clients to receive our special price offers and extra discounts.

Looking for Hotels in Wonderland

Performing a simple search?

You can start your first ever Wonderland hotel search from the search panel located at the top of our pages. To submit a simple search all you need to do is to provide:
      1) check-in and check-out dates
      2) number of rooms
      3) number of adults and children per room (make sure you specify children age)
      4) choose city from the drop-down list or simply enter a city name.
Once you are ready simply click the Search button and wait for the system to display the search results.

Adding more filters to your search

To make your search more precise and to narrow the search results to your specific needs, you can additionally determine:
     1) Hotel star category
     2) Hotel name
     3) Hotel facilities and services (Click the ‘Facilities’ Tab to access this option)
     4) Filter the future search results to show:
          · Only available hotels
          · All hotels (available + on request)
          · Only Best buy hotels.

Reviewing the Search Results

Important sections of the search results page

A. Booking progress bar – Once you proceed by clicking the ‘Search’ button you will be redirected to the Search Result page which is the second step of your booking. By the progress bar you can easily follow at which step of your booking you are currently at and what other steps have to be completed in order to finalize your reservation.
          (1) Find Hotel (Submit hotel search)
          (2) Search Result
          (3) Hotel Information – please note this step is not obligatory. You can review the Hotel Details and proceed to booking form or go back to Search Result
          (4) Booking form – provide Guest Names and any remarks regarding your booking
          (5) Purchase – fill in your credit card details to proceed with payment
          (6) Confirmation Summary – review your reservation details and print voucher

B. Search Criteria Entered – for your convenience on top of the search results we have displayed the search criteria you have entered before submitting your search.

C. Sorting function – You can sort the order in which the hotels will be displayed by 5 different criteria:
          (1) Chosen For You – the system orders first the most suitable solutions for you regarding current special price offers and discounted accommodation available
          (2) Price – Starting from the lowest available hotel rates
          (3) Name – Order the hotels alphabetically (starting form A to Z or vice versa)
          (4) Stars - Order the hotels by category (starting form 5 to 3 stars or vice versa)
          (5) Popularity – Order by user ratings (most popular to less preferred hotels)

D. Change your search section – If you are not satisfied with the current search results you can always review the Search Criteria entered by you for this search and make changes in the ‘Change Your Search’ field located to the left of your screen.

Reading the Search Result

After you click the ‘Search’ button, the system will perform a search according to the data you have entered and will display among all hotels in Wonderland only those matching your criteria.

Each hotel result contains the following information:
          1. Hotel Name and Stars indication
          2. Area Location – in which specific city area is the hotel situated (should be also available in the search field before submitting the search)
          3. Brief hotel information – read more by clicking on the Click for more info! link
          4. Total amount of reservation – This is the total amount you need to pay for the whole period of your stay.
          5. Average Night Rate – This is the estimated average rate per night. You need to click on ‘Show Details’ in order to view a breakdown of the rates per day.
          6. Remoteness and Best Value Indicators – Next to each hotel there will be three blue icons indicating what is the average distance between the hotel and the closest airport, train station or city center. Bes Values indicators show hotels with best quality/price ratio and those offering special discounts and/or free nights.
          7. Room Type – You can see the room type available for booking. It can be standard room or any higher class accommodation such as superior, deluxe, apartment, etc.
          8. Availability Status – You can see if the hotel has available rooms for booking or no. If hotel rooms are not available you can still book them ‘On request’. This means that if you do not receive confirmation within 12 hours your booking will be automatically cancelled and any money paid in advance to secure your booking will be refunded immediately back to you.
          9. Meal Category – The room can be offered by the hotel with or without any meal supplement type such as BB, HB, FB or all inclusive.
          10. Local Taxes – Usually all local and service taxes are included in the prices quoted at our website but you have to check this field just to make sure if something different is specified.
          11. Book a hotel - click the "Book" button to proceed with the reservation.

Reading the Hotel Information Page

The hotel information page provides detailed overview of the selected hotel including:
          · Hotel Summary
          · Photo Gallery
          · Location on the Map
          · Address & Contact Numbers
          · General Facilities and Services – read the hotel amenities
          · Hotel reviews submitted by other customers - read other people's comments & ratings about the hotel or write your own comments and add your ratings.
          · Remoteness indicators – you can view the distance from main attractions and points of interest as well as distance from the city center, nearest airport or train station.

Booking with Wonderlandhotels.com

Booking an available hotel accommodation

To book an available room in a Wonderland hotel you must first click on the ‘Book’ button next to the hotel chosen by you either from the ‘Search Result’ page or from the ‘Hotel Information’ page and complete the following steps:

     A. Complete a Booking form - Once you click the ‘Book’ button you’ll be advised to complete a booking form with hotel guest names as well as any special requests that you might have regarding the room(s) you’re going to stay in.

     B. Making Payment – Once you have filled out all mandatory fields of the booking form, click ‘Continue’ in order to move on to the purchase page where you’ll be kindly asked to choose your payment method: Credit Card or Bank transfer
          · Credit Card - enter your payment information such as credit card details and cardholder’s names. To finalize your reservation click the ‘Make payment’ button.
          · Bank transfer – you’ll receive an e-mail from Wonderland hotels advising you to make a bank transfer to our bank account. You can find our bank details in the attached to the e-mail file.

     C. Review your Confirmation summary - Once your payment has been processed successfully the system will automatically confirm your booking and display your Confirmation summary containing all reservation details, a cancellation deadline and a link to print your hotel voucher.

     D. Printing your hotel voucher – Once you have clicked on link to your pre-paid accommodation voucher it will be displayed in a new window. The prepaid accommodation voucher should contain all of the following data:
          · booking number
          · hotel name & address
          · check-in and check-out dates
          · number of nights & number of rooms
          · room category & meal type
          · number of guests per room & guest names
          · emergency contact numbers

Booking hotel accommodation ‘On Request’

To book a room in a Wonderland hotel ‘On Request’ you need to complete the following steps:

     A. Ask for availability – you can do this in two ways:
          · Submit a Booking form – In order to submit your reservation request please click on the ‘Book’ button next to the hotel chosen by you either from the ‘Search Result’ page or from the ‘Hotel Information’ page, fill out all the mandatory fields of the booking form and click ‘Submit’
          · Contact us by phone – If you prefer more personal contact please call us directly by phone and will kindly take up your reservation request. We will ask you to provide us with all the necessary details such as: hotel name, check-in and check-out dates, number of nights, number of rooms, room category, meal type, number of guests per room, child age and guest names.

     B. Wait for availability confirmation – No later than 24 hours you’ll receive a confirmation or rejection email or call which will inform you whether or not the hotel requested by you has availability for the desired period of stay. In case the hotel requested by you is fully booked, you’ll receive a rejection e-mail, which may advise you to book alternative accommodation. If the reply is positive together with the confirmation e-mail you’ll receive also our bank details needed to make the payment.

     C. Make Payment – After you receive e-mail confirmation from Wonderlandhotels.com that the hotel room requested by you is available you will be advised to choose your payment method in order to secure your booking: Credit Card or Bank transfer
          · Credit Card – If you choose credit card payment you will be advised to go to Wonderlandhotels.com homepage, login to ‘My booking’ and enter your payment information such as credit card details and cardholder’s names. To finalize your reservation click the ‘Make payment’ button.
          · Bank transfer – If you choose the bank transfer payment option you’ll receive a second e-mail from Wonderlandhotels.com advising you to make a bank transfer to our bank account. You can find our bank details in the attached to the e-mail file.

     D. Receiving Reservation Confirmation – As soon as our bank confirms that the money for the reservation has been successfully transferred to our bank account we will be able to confirm your booking. You will receive a reservation confirmation e-mail immediately holding a Confirmation Summary with details about your reservation, cancellation deadline and a link to your Wonderland account, and instructions how to print your hotel voucher.

     E. Printing your hotel voucher – Once you have accessed ‘My Booking’ section and clicked on the booking number of your reservation you’ll see a confirmation summary of your reservation with a link to your pre-paid accommodation voucher. The prepaid accommodation voucher should contain all of the following data:
          · booking number
          · hotel name & address
          · check-in and check-out dates
          · number of nights & number of rooms
          · room category & meal type
          · number of guests per room & guest names
          · emergency contact numbers

Receiving confirmation for your reservation

If you’re booking an available room in a Wonderland hotel you’ll receive immediate confirmation. Once your credit card has been charged successfully through our secure 3D payment gateway you will be directly taken to your Confirmation summary page, where you will see all the details of your reservation as well as a link to print your hotel voucher.

However if you’re booking an ‘On Request’ hotel you’ll need to wait for our reservation confirmation e-mail containing a confirmation summary of your booking and detailed instructions how to print your hotel voucher.

Printing your prepaid voucher for hotel accommodation

In order to receive a problem free accommodation at the hotel you have booked, you need to present your pre-paid accommodation voucher on check-in day. The hotel voucher is an important document authorizing you as the owner of the prepaid accommodation service and holding important information as well such as reservation number, hotel’s address and contact numbers, and emergency call number.

To get your voucher please follow the link supplied for you at the bottom of the Confirmation Summary page and wait for your voucher to be displayed in a new window. Make sure all details are correct and than click the print button.

Reviewing your hotel reservations

To review your hotel reservations simply press the ‘My Booking’ tab situated at the top of each Wonderland page. You will be advised to enter your Wonderland ID and password. Once you have logged in to your booking account you will be able to see a list with your confirmed, cancelled and pending reservations.

Making changes to your hotel reservation

To make changes to your reservation you’ll need first to access your ‘My Booking’ account, by logging in with your Wonderland login details. Once you have accessed your Wonderland account, please click on the booking number of the reservation that you want to make changes to. Below your Reservation Summary you’ll find the Amend, Cancel and Issue voucher buttons. To change the check-in, check out date i.e. number of night, number of guests, number of rooms, meal category, room type, etc, please choose Amend button. Once you have made the necessary changes to your booking click ‘Save changes’.

If you are amending a reservation made for available hotel room the changes will take effect immediately. In case some of the changes requested by you are not possible the system will notify you instantly and will reject the amendments.

If you are making changes to an ‘On Request’ booking the status of your reservation will become pending and you’ll need to wait for our booking agents to get in touch with you in order to confirm that changes requested by you are possible. Amendments of ‘On request’ bookings can be made either via our website i.e. by accessing ‘My booking’ account or by contacting us directly by e-mail. If there is availability matching your amendment request, our agents will contact you to confirm your amendment. You can not consider your booking amended unless you have received amendment confirmation e-mail from us. If there’s no option for changes you have requested you will be advised also by e-mail accordingly and in time.

Are there any amendment penalty fees?

Please note that booking amendments are subject to availability and we will not charge you with any penalty fees for changes made before the cancellation date. However any significant changes made after the cancellation date may be subject to certain charges of which we wil inform you accordingly and in time.

Cancelling your bookings

How to cancel your reservation?

To cancel your reservation you’ll have to access your Wonderland account by clicking on the ‘My Booking’ tab located at the top of each page. Once you log in with your Wonderland ID and password you’ll be taken to a list containing all your past and present reservations. Find the reservation you want to cancel and click on its booking number to access the Reservation Summary Page. Before you click the cancel button please make sure that the cancellation date has not yet been reached. If the cancellation date has passed clicking the cancel button will result in the minimum of 1 night cancellation fee.

Please not that you can always cancel ‘On Request’ booking which status is pending and has not yet been confirmed.

Cancellation terms and conditions

The Cancellation terms and conditions of Wonderlandhotels.com are part of our Booking Terms and Conditions which are always available for you to read on our website. The cancellation deadline for each hotel is different and therefore it will always be displayed in red on your Confirmation summary page.

All cancellations and changes made to your reservations should be submitted online through the 'My booking' section of our website, except for the ‘On Request’ bookings that can be also submitted per e-mail. Any changes and cancellations made directly with the hotel shall be considered invalid and remain customers responsibility.

Cancellation Charges

Cancelling your booking before the cancellation date will inflict no cancellation charges to you and you’ll be eligible to receive total refund of the money you have paid to secure the booking.

Cancelling your booking after the cancellation date will result in the minimum of 1 night cancellation fee which will be deducted from the total refund amount

No show penalty fees

If you have booked a hotel accommodation via Wonderlandhotels.com but you fail to show on check-in date the room will be held all night for you till 6.00 am after which a no show situation will be announced which means that your reservation will be cancelled and no show penalty charges will apply. In case of a late arrival you have to inform the hotel in advance or mention for this in the special remarks section. The amount of the no show penalty fee will depend on hotel’s cancellation policy.

Refund policy

Any approved refunds will be credited automatically back to the credit card used for making the payment and no other refund options will be possible. For ‘On Request’ bookings refunds will be made to the bank account from which the money has been transferred.
