This charming historical hotel is housed in a 17th-century stone house that has been lovingly restored to its former glory. It has been carefully decorated with much attention to detail to create an atmosphere of gracious charm and tranquillity. This air-conditioned hotel offers a total of 10 rooms and provides a lobby, hotel safe, cafÚ, TV-room, restaurant, WLAN/Internet access and a laundry service. There is a car park for guests arriving by car.|From the A8, follow the N629 towards Ramales De La Victoria. At Ramales, turn right onto the CA261. After 3-4 miles, there are some cow-sheds and a sign-post right for (among others) Mentera. Take this road and climb the zig-zag road. Look for the church, and the hotel is next to it (not sign-posted).|
This hotel is located in a valley between mountains and rivers and is close to beaches such as Laredo and Noja. The hotel is 70 km from The Bilbao Exhibition Centre and 30 km from Santander. The Natural Park of Collados del Asón (20-minute walk) and the Covalanas y Coventosa Caves are close to the hotel. Laredo can be reached in 20 minutes by car and Bilbao is a 50-minute drive. There is a bus and train station a 10-minute drive from the hotel and Santander Airport is 28 km away.
