The hotel was built in 1983 and completely renovated in the year 2000. It offers a total of 132 apartments spread over 3 floors. The hotel's facilities include a spacious garden, a substantial lobby, safes, a currency exchange desk and a 24-hour reception. Furthermore, there is a games room, a TV room, a supermarket, a cafÚ, a cosy bar, a pub and a splendid restaurant (with children's highchairs available). Internet access, room and laundry services as well as medical assistance are also on offer. In addition the hotel offers a children's playground.
This lovely apartment hotel is centrally located in the tourist centre of Palma Nova. An abundance of shops and entertainment venues are located in the immediate vicinity and the resort centre is just 500 minutes away.
