The complex is made up of 168 apartments surrounded by gardens. The peaceful terraces attached to each apartment create an atmosphere of great tranquillity. Further facilities include a reception area, moneychanger, restaurant, cafÚ, bar, and a kids club.
The establishment is 200 metres from a beach known locally as Waikiki. A new shopping centre named El Campanario has been built next to the complex. Just 15 minutes walk away, guests can enjoy the marvellous natural dune landscape, which has been given special status as a Protected Natural Reserve. And just 10 minutes away is the centre of Corralejo with shops and a great variety of restaurants. Fuerteventura Airport is 35 km away.
