This complex comprises a total of 87 apartments spread over 8 floors. Renovated in 2008, it offers a comfortable and friendly ambience. Facilities include a lobby with a hotel safe and currency exchange facilities, lift access, a TV lounge, a bar, a restaurant and telephone and fax services. Fees apply for the WLAN Internet access, and cars are available for hire. There is also a laundrette on site. Guests arriving by car can leave their vehicles in the nearby car park.||

The complex is around 300 metres from the centre of Puerto Rico de Gran Canaria, where guests will find a number of shops, bars, pubs, nightlife spots and restaurants. The nearest public transport links are a 5-minute walk away, whilst the beach and marina are 800 metres from the complex. Nearby attractions include the aqua park, which can be reached in just 5 minutes on foot, and Las Palmas, the capital of Gran Canaria, which is approximately 60 km away.
