The eco hotel offers affordable, modern and luxury 'camping' accommodation, comprising 20 stylish semi-tented chalets with 360-degree views. Renovated in 2009, the hotel also offers a lobby with a 24-hour check-out service, a cloakroom, TV lounge, children's playground, bar, laundry service and a car park with shaded parking.|Sesriem is situated at the intersection of the C27 road from Helmeringhausen and the D826 which brings traffic in from Solitaire in the north and Maltah÷he in the south when it joins with the C19. The entrance gate to the hotel is located on the left hand side of the D826 road, approximately 8 km from the T-junction intersection with the C19.|Check-in time is 2 pm and check-out time is 10 am.
