The hotel was built in 1982 in the style of a hacienda and was renovated in 2006. It is surrounded by great trees and extensive gardens and offers a range of wheelchair accessible facilities. The building comprises a total of 24 rooms, spread over 2 floors. Facilities on offer include a lobby area with a reception desk manned around the clock, a safe and a currency exchange facility. A bar-restaurant, a games room and conference/ event rooms with a capacity of 10-180 people and Internet access are also available. In addition to this the hotel offers a concierge service, medical assistance, a playground, cycle hire and parking for those arriving by car.||The hotel offers a transport service to Guanajuato.
The hotel is situated approximately 20 minutes from the centre of Guanajuato and around 30 minutes from the international airport. Irapuato is about a 35-minute drive away and visitors can reach León from the hotel in around 40 minutes.
