The luxurious hotel was renovated in 2004. It consists of 4 floors and a total of 32 rooms, of which 8 are singles, 17 are doubles, 6 are triples and 1 is a suite. The hotel has a 24-hour reception, a safe, a currency exchange desk, a lift and a cafÚ. Additional facilities include various shops, a bar and an air-conditioned Ó la carte restaurant with a non-smoking area. In addition, the hotel has a public Internet terminal and a conference room. The hotel offers a car parking facilities (on payment of an additional fee). Room and laundry services and medical services are also available.
The historical city hotel is situated in the Jewish quarter of the city, Kazimierz, only a few paces from the most significant monuments to Jewish culture. Within 500 m of the hotel, guests will find countless bars and nightclubs as well as public transport. The nearest shops are around 1 km away. Balice Airport is located approximately 17 km away.
