The hotel offers a total of 100 guest rooms spread over 5 floors. There is a mini market on site and the 24-hour reception desk in the pleasant lobby offers currency exchange and safety deposit boxes. A newspaper stand, a bar, a breakfast room and Internet access are also provided. Although the hotel has no restaurant there are a number of excellent eateries close by. Guests can relax in the TV room. There is a bicycle hire service on site, and parking is available nearby.
The hotel is located in the centre of Rhodes town, directly opposite Psaropoula beach. The beach is not only a mere 50 metres away, it is also one of the cleanest beaches on the island. The hotel is also a stone's throw away from a variety of restaurants, bars, shops and banks. There are many dining options around the hotel and in Rhodes Old Town, 1.5 km away. Further afield, the cool bubbling streams of the Seven Springs Gorge are 15 km away and the Aquarium is only 900 metres from the hotel. Rhodes Diagoras Airport is 15 km from the hotel.
