The hotel was built in 2001 and consists of 156 double rooms on 8 floors. The hotel facilities include a lobby with a 24-hour reception, a safe, a currency exchange desk, a lift, a supermarket, a games room, an air-conditioned restaurant with a separate non-smoking area (children's highchairs available on request) and a playground. Moreover a laundry services is available as well as medical assistance.
This apartment complex is located directly in the centre. Scores of shops, restaurants, bars, pubs, nightclubs and public transport connections are just a stone's throw away. The beach and the sea are just slightly further away (500 metres).
