This first-class hotel was completely renovated in 2002 and comprises 3 floors with a total of 324 rooms. Guests may make use of the 24-hour reception desk, boutiques, a souvenir shop, a small supermarket, a bar, a hairdresser's salon and an air-conditioned restaurant with a non-smoking area. Furthermore, there is a public Internet terminal to be used within the hotel, and a children's club. Guests arriving by car may use car parking facilities. Room and laundry services round off the facilities on offer.||
This luxury hotel is located directly on the wonderful Playacar beach. The transfer time to the airport is approximately 50 minutes. Playa del Carmen is just 3 km from the hotel. Shopping venues, bars and restaurants are to be found in the vicinity.
