The renovated 7-storey residence has 70 rooms in total. Amenities include air conditioning, a lobby and lift access.|From Paris: Take the A6 motorway to Lyon, followed by the A7 to Marseille and then the A8 to Aix-en-Provence/Nice. Take exit number 38 for FrÚjus/Saint-RaphaÙl. Follow the signs for Saint-RaphaÙl, and then for the centre of Saint-RaphaÙl. In the centre of Saint-RaphaÙl, take the road for Cannes/Corniche d'Or. Stay in the right-hand lane (closest to the seafront). 300 m after the Grand Casino, take the second left after Le Tha´ Restaurant, Avenue Zamenhoff. Then take the first street to the left.|A deposit for each apartment must be paid on arrival (by cheque or credit card). It is refundable upon departure, after inventory. Usually, check-in is on Saturday from 5 pm and check-out is by 10 am. In the case of short stays, check-in is from 11 am and check-out is by 6 pm.
