The apartment hotel offers 108 furnished apartments and chalets, all of them equipped for guests' comfort. The facilities and services within the resort only add to the experience. Renovated in 2009, the apartment hotel welcomes guests in a lobby, while younger guests are sure to enjoy the children's playground. There is also a restaurant on site, and those arriving by car may leave their vehicle in the car park.||Reception desk opening hours in high season are Monday to Friday 9 am to 12 pm (reception closed on Wednesday) and 4 pm to 7 pm and Saturday 8 am to 12 pm and 3 pm to 8 pm. In middle and low season the opening hours are Monday to Saturday 9 am to 12 pm and 4 pm to 7 pm. Middle season is in June and September, high season is July and August and low season is October to December.
The apartment hotel is located on the south side of Lake Geneva opposite the Swiss border, 10 minutes from Evian-les-Bains and just 10 minutes from the nearest ski pistes. The apartment hotel offers an idyllic environment with an outstanding view over the lake. The city with its train station is located roughly 10 km away. Meythet Airport is around 45 km from the establishment.
