The hotel is situated in the small resort of Resnik in Kastell Stafilic approximately 50 m from the inviting beach and the azure blue sea. As the hotel lies right beside the sea, the surrounding landscape is extremely beautiful. There is also a green area between the building and the sea as well as a small path for hiking, running and cycling. The nearest public transport stop is 50 m away. Countless shopping venues, bars and restaurants are to be found in the vicinity. Two sights (UNESCO protected) are to be found in close proximity to the hotel, for example, Deokletians Palace in Split (18 km away) and the old town of Trogir (5 km from the hotel). Kastela Stafilic is one of seven small towns, which in administrative terms make up the city of Kastela. Split airport is 2 km away
