The accommodation units are set in terrace-like arrangements on the hill, with several accommodation units linked in a pavilion-type series. This resort complex comprises a total of 48 apartments. Facilities on offer to guests at this air-conditioned establishment include a lobby area with a 24-hour reception and 24-hour check-in/check out service, a hotel safe, a currency exchange facility, a cafe, a mini superarket, a bar and a restaurant. It also offers Internet access and guests may take advantage of the laundry service. This complex is situated on the peninsula of the same name, between the town of Vrsar and the Koversada motorcamp. The village is located along the coast, and the centre of the settlement of Vrsar is only a 10-minute walk away along the footpath. Rovinj is a 30-minute drive away and it is 45 minutes by car to Pula.
