The hotel was built in 1996. It is an apartment hotel offering 34 spacious and comfortable rooms, all of which are non-smoking. The air-conditioned hotel has a lobby area with lift access and a safe, as well as a bar, restaurant, conference facilities, Internet access and a car park.|When driving from the airport, or Northern or Western Tasmania, take Davey Street. Keep in the left lane and turn left into Elizabeth (approximately 300 metres after entering the waterfront area), then the first right into Morrison Street (100 metres) and the first right into Brooke Street (100 metres). The hotel is on the left hand side.|
