This castle hotel, originally built in 1187, has already accommodated people such as Napoleon. It is a comfortable establishment with a pleasant atmosphere set in the beautiful Tyrolean countryside. The hotel encompasses 139 rooms and offers a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out service, a hotel safe and lift access. Guests may also enjoy the TV lounge, cafe, bar, restaurant and pub. The hotel is situated 22 km from Kitzbuehl, at the edge of a small Tyrolean village, and is easily accessible from the main road. The hotel is just 15 minutes' walk (or a 3-minute drive) from the town centre and train station.
