The hotel was built in 1973 and consists of 160 rooms on 4 floors. The hotel offers a substantial lobby containing lifts, safes, a currency exchange desk and a 24-hour reception as well as a garden and pool area outside. Furthermore, there is a TV room, a cosy bar, an air-conditioned restaurant with a separate non-smoking area and children's highchairs available on request. Room and laundry services are available and the hotel also possesses car parking facilities.|The nearest airport is the Olbia "Costa Smeralda", and the distance is just 30 km from Baja Sardinia. There+s just one principal road to arrive at the hotel + the SS125 for Costa Smeralda. take the street for San Pantaleo and after for Baja Sardinia.|Guests can check-in at 14:00 h. of the arrivals date and check out at 10:00 h. of the departure date.
