The complex consists of 10 individual villas with terrace and private swimmingpool. The hand-over of the keys is in the recepcion where you can also find services like currency exchange facilities and safe. The area of Son Bou offers a wide range of bars, restaurants, shops, supermarkets and amusements for childrens.The area disposes of various parking places.|On leaving the airport: continue straight ahead past the first roundabout until reaching the next roundabout, at the main Mahon/Ciudadela road. Turn left towards Ciudadela. Follow this road for roughly 12 km past Alaior on the right, and shortly after that, there is a signpost for Son Bou. Turn right and proceed along the maid road, following the signs for Son Bou. Continue along this road (roughly 5 km), and guests will come to a tunnel in the hillside. After passing the tunnel, at the second roundabout turn left and follow this road. Just before the end of this road turn right and you will find the reception office of M.M Prope
The villas are situated at the top of the Torre Solí Nou hill, near the San Valentin Hotel, at 2 km from the Son Bou beach. It takes a 20 minutes walk to arrive to the tourist centre where you can find bars, pubs, restaurants, and a public transport stop.
